Our Amazing Team

We have an amazing team of professionals who are committed to providing the best senior care in the area. Our warm and friendly staff take pride in caring for our seniors. Our goal is to provide a home for our seniors that is full of friends, family, fun, love and laughter.

Our Food Services Team

The Windsor’s Food Services staff know how important good food is to our residents—particularly here in Louisiana. The Food Services team is dedicated to giving residents delicious meals from our kitchen. The Food Services team offers dining room meals for breakfast and lunch seven days a week, 365 days a year. An extended continental breakfast, served 7:30-9 am, is filled with fruits, breads, eggs, grits and bacon. For lunch, served 11:30am – 1 pm, residents are offered their choice of soup, salad, chef prepared entrees, three sides, bread, and a dessert. Room service is available for any residents unable to come to the dining room. We offer residents sandwiches and salads as an alternative, depending on availability. Stop by or call to schedule a tour and sample our amazing food served by our friendly Food Services staff.

Our Health Services Team

The Windsor’s Health Services Department consists of a dedicated group of professionals who provide personalized assistance for our residents in the comfort of their apartment homes. Our personal care attendants (PCAs) have over 50 years of combined experience in senior care. They take pride in meeting the needs of our residents in an efficient, yet compassionate manner. The services we offer range from assistance with bathing and dressing to pick up and delivery of laundry to medication reminders, just to name a few. Our Health Services Director is available to help you select the services that best fit your need from our full menu of options.

Our Housekeeping Team

The Windsor is a warm, homey place full of friendly faces and smiles. Our housekeeping staff adds to the ambiance of our facility by keeping it sparkling clean and shiny. They do a fantastic job of keeping the common areas pristine, and they provided weekly cleaning services to all residents. Our housekeeping staff is second to none in their passion for creating a clean, bright and friendly home for our residents.

Our Activities Team

Windsor residents have a stunning list of monthly activities planned by our talented Activities staff. No matter where your interests lie, The Windsor activities staff has an activity planned for you. From trips to the casinos and movie theaters to grocery shopping trips on Mondays and Fridays to afternoon bingo games, musical presentations and continuing education opportunities, residents at The Windsor always have something to do or somewhere to go if they choose. In fact, The Windsor is known for our special events and parties throughout the year. Protestant and Catholic worship services and studies are offered weekly.

Our Transportation Team

The Windsor offers residents transportation services to doctors appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This allows residents to plan their healthcare appointments and transportation to allow for a more independent lifestyle. The Windsor also provides transportation to various grocery stores, drug stores, various banks and the post office, in addition to fun excursions to the movies, shopping and casinos.

Our beautiful community is maintained by two hardworking gentleman on our maintenance staff. If something needs repair, these guys take care of it allowing you to live the care free lifestyle you worked so hard to achieve.

Our office staff are here to assist our residents with their needs and potential new residents with tours and information. The administrative office houses the General Manager, Justin Saucier; Office Manager/Friendly Face, Lenee’ Roussel; the Health Services Director, Amy O’Neil; and the Marketing Director, Melanie Martin.
