Byron Rogers first joined The Windsor as a trusted vendor overseeing apartment renovations, where his attention to detail and commitment to quality quickly made an impact. In 2020, Byron joined the community in an official capacity as our Maintenance Director, bringing years of hands-on experience and leadership to the role.
In 2026, an opportunity presented itself for Byron to utilize his extensive background preparing meals for large groups during his time working offshore. Stepping into the role of Food Services Director, Byron now combines his operational expertise with his passion for cooking. We are excited to see him share that passion with our residents and continue enhancing the dining experience at The Windsor.
