Adam Calamia has been a valued member of our community since 2021. With a strong background in painting and construction, Adam previously served as our Maintenance Assistant before being promoted to Maintenance Supervisor in 2026.
Adam brings extensive maintenance knowledge to his role and takes great pride in the quality of his work. His attention to detail and commitment to keeping the community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained are greatly appreciated by both residents and team members.
