Lenee’ Roussel is a native of St. Bernard Parish, and she is a graduate of Ursuline Academy in New Orleans. She graduated from Delgado Community College in New Orleans with an associate’s degree in Business Administration. Lenee’, The Windsor’s Office Manager, is the friendly face residents and visitors see at the front desk everyday. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her nieces and nephew.
